Bigdaddy was a wonderful grandfather. As the patriarch of our family, he taught each of us the importance of loving each other and our country. I will cherish my memories of him teaching me how to fish, how not to step in cowpies and the importance of minding my elders. I will miss him dearly but will keep his memory near to my heart and teach my daughter as many of his lessons as possible.
